Tree Tops is a unique mixed-use development outside of Round Top Texas. This 150 acre site had not been cleared of vegetation like most of the surrounding ranches. Boundary Works worked with the Owner to create 25 unique lots with a variety of home sites. Some are secluded woodland lots, others have distant views, and some are adjacent to water features. Unlike most residential developments, this site is designed to be more organic, less rigid, and has a variety of more modern prefab homes.
